A customised walking Tour of Glasgow in six hours. If you're fit , able and want to get to know the largest City in Scotland then this walking tour is for you . We'll be on the move - walking about five miles and using public transport where necessary. Glasgow is a hilly city in parts so please bear that in mind before booking . Tell me your interests and I'll create an itinerary to suit. Museums, cathedrals. architecture, social history, culture. cuisine, Scotch whisky and pub life. There's something in Glasgow (former 2nd city of the British Empire) to interest everyone. All done with a local Glaswegian with comprehensive knowledge , delivered in a fun, entertaining manner. "I really appreciated that Iain put some thought and care into tailoring our day to our interests and needs. He was particularly helpful with my husband, who needed help on some steps etc, after suffering a stroke a bit over a year ago. We would seek out Iain again, as there is still more that he could show us.

Walking. Approximately 5 miles in total. Subway travel if required. This Tour is for the physically fit , energetic and inquisitive . The Subway ( 3rd oldest ) is often used to get us from the City Centre to the West End. It's cheap and cheerful. .
