I am originally from Cyprus but it has been several years since I moved to Athens, amazed by the rich history and the diverse landscape of the city. In my free time, I enjoy strolling in the city's narrow streets to discover and photograph its hidden parts, reading literature, watching cinema and theatre, tasting good food and drinking fine wine with friends and of course …. I very much enjoy traveling! My academic background is in archaeology and history of art. I hold an undergraduate degree in History and Archaeology from the National University of Athens and a master's degree in History of Art from the University of York. In the past, I have worked in the fields of Archaeology, Arts, and Culture. I have been working as a full-time tourist guide for the past eight years, leading private and group tours in Athens and other parts of Greece. I am eager to share with you my knowledge and experience about the fascinating city of Athens, and also about other historical landmarks of the country. Driven by my passion for history, art, and modern culture, my goal is not only to breathe life into the ancient sites that we visit together and offer an in-depth look at their multi-layered history but also to help you engage with the contemporary vibes of the city.
