Hello, Hola, Olá, My name is Tahir and I am a licensed tour guide with 15 years of experience in 3 languages ( English, Spanish, Portuguese) in Cappadocia. More than tours I offer unique experiences in such a unique region as Cappadocia. The history of civilizations, the history of religions, gastronomy, nature, traditions, crafts, photography are just some of the highlights of my tours. Not to mention, I have been guiding all around Turkey for 15 years and my speciality is Christianity, biblical tours and the footsteps of St. Paul. Visiting Cappadocia is like traveling back in time. It's always exciting strolling around caves and troglodyte dwellings. Cappadocia is truly one of the most magical regions in the world. I would like to accompany you to show the wonders of this magical region. Mostly, I hire a cars like Mercedes Vito or Sprinter from a car company with a driver for my tours. I can pick you up from anywhere that you want and drop you back there. About me: I was born in İzmir, west of Turkey (the birthplace of the father of the Western literature Homer). When I was 18, I came to Cappadocia to study at uni to be a tour guide. During my 4 years of study, I studied History, Archeology, Mythology, the History of Religions, Tourism and Foreign Languages, principally English. After studying for 4 years and graduating, I went to the US. I had a lovely 6 months in Colorado. I have also lived in Brazil and Chile before. And finally, the only thing left for me is to invite you to come visit the unique Cappadocia and give me the opportunity to be your local host during your stay here with us.
