I’ve often been described as friendly and communicative, always eager to lend a helping hand. Born in Lisbon and raised on the picturesque Sant' Ana Hill, I’ve had the privilege of uncovering the hidden gems of this vibrant city under my grandfather’s guidance. My journey later took me to the stunning Portuguese central west coast, north of Lisbon, where I immersed myself in the search for the best surf spots and pristine natural beauty in a region known as "Região Oeste." I’ve been passionate about surfing since the early '90s, dedicating much of my life to the ocean and sharing this exhilarating sport and lifestyle with others. Driven by my love for showcasing my country to travellers, I pursued a degree in tourism with a focus on tour guiding and marketing. This academic path deepened my understanding of Portugal and honed my skills in promoting its unique offerings. I further enriched my expertise with a postgraduate degree in adventure tourism, equipping me with the tools to explore and unveil my country’s hidden treasures. Since then, I’ve embraced the opportunity to welcome travellers from around the globe, sharing the authentic essence of Portugal with enthusiasm. Now, as a proud family man with two children, I can confidently say that parenthood is the greatest adventure of my life. Music is my third passion; I studied jazz drumming and have enjoyed playing drums and percussion in various projects. On my tours, I aim to share my deep love for Portugal with every guest.
