Hello, my name is Frederic everyone calls me Freddy. I'd like to give you a short introduction of who I am and how I may be of service to you. I am born in Europe and raised in North America. I did most of my studies in the US with my most recent schooling being here in Florence to obtain my tour guide license. I have been formally trained as a chef in NYC and worked in the industry for several years in the US. In the year 2000 I decided to pack my things and leave for Europe, where I eventually chose Florence as my home in 2003, after bouncing around a few cities. I worked various jobs until I decided to go back to school to become a fully licensed tour guide, this turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. I found myself in my element and was able to combine my love for food and wine my passion of sharing a good story. I offer a wide variety of tours, but I mostly concentrate on the food and wine in Tuscany and Italy.
