Ciao, my name is Ezgi, it is not an Italian name because I am Turkish. My story started in Istanbul/Turkey, where I was born and raised, then as a 22-year-old Political Science student, I fell in love with Florence and wasted no time in moving to this wonderful city. I studied political science and management and then urbanization politics in Turkey. My life changed completely when I came to my beloved Florence, I became a licensed tour leader, pasta chef and recently took courses to become a wine expert. This is what happens when you move to Tuscany :) For me, Florence is passion, vitality, tradition, wine, food culture. This city is friendly and grumpy, ancient and innovative, gentle and wild at the same time. Thanks to its complexity, it is one of the most fascinating cities in the world. Over the last 10 years, Italy has changed me in many ways. Apart from history, art and other book knowledge, I also learned to appreciate the land, food and traditions. This is my magical journey to becoming a Florentine. . . Each of my tours has a personal side and they turn into unique experiences thanks to my guests.
